Governments are using fear to keep everyone compliant. It’s proven to be effective for allowing them to implement sweeping changes and expand their powers well beyond what any government should have. PPC won’t govern with fear. We believe people can make reasonable choices and governments are not “protecting” them and keeping them “safe” by taking away their rights and freedoms.
